Material:
- 1 pack of spaghetti, boil
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2000 ml of water
- Marinara sauce ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped basil
- 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1.5 teaspoon oregano powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 grams of tomatoes, seeds and chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 100 ml of water
- Boil water in a pan
- Add salt and olive oil
- Boil spaghetti for a while
- Remove, drain and set aside
- Heat olive oil
- Saute garlic and onion until wilted
- Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, basil leaves, oregano powder, salt, sugar, pepper, and broth
- Mix well and cook until boiling and thickening
- Flush marinara sauce over spaghetti
- Give decorations according to taste
- Serve while warm
