How to make Tilapia Grill with Pan
Tilapia Grill with Pan |
We are not big fish eaters, but a friend made Tilapia Grill with Pan for us, and we could not believe how beautiful and TASTY it was! Now we eat regularly. I like making it for guests because it is simple, looks beautiful and feels a decent restaurant.
INGREDIENTS :
- 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 small shallot, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. fresh oregano leaves
- Halal salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 (8 ounces) tilapia filet
- 1/2 c. grape tomatoes
How to make Tilapia Grill with Pan
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. In a medium bowl, shake 2 tablespoons of olive oil with red wine vinegar.
- Then add the shallots and oregano and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Next place the grapes and tomatoes on the grill that has been heated earlier.
- Cook grape tomatoes until soft and blistering, about 4 minutes or so.
- Bake the tilapia until the edges are opaque and the meat easily peels off, about 4 minutes per side.
- Serve tilapia on a serving plate.
- The next step is stirring the toasted tomatoes with a spoon and the vinegar mixture is completely removed.
- Serve immediately while still hot.
