Material:
- 750 grams of lamb, cut into pieces
- 7 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon of lime juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp frying oil
Supplementary material:
- 200 ml of soy sauce
- 6 shallots, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 6 red chili, sliced
- 6 limes
- 1. Skewers of meat with goat skewers, made of flat-shaped bamboo.
- 2. Sprinkle with sweet soy sauce, salt, lemon juice, and cooking oil. Let stand for 1 hour.
- 3. Roast the satay until done, while smeared with the remaining seasoning.
- 4. Prepare a serving plate. Arrange the goat satay on a plate and serve with complement.
