Did you know the mainstay of the Chinese spices for fried rice noodles, fried noodles or vermicelli is actually the same? What is different is only meat, seafood, and vegetables added to each dish. These are ingredients that are put together and made into stock to make it easier to cook.
Ingredients:
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
A pinch of pepper.
Simply mix the ingredients and make sure the sugar and salt are dissolved. Store in a closed package in the refrigerator and you can use it at any time.
Mayonnaise Cheese Rissoles Recipe
After making the spices, this time I made the fried shrimp noodles, along with the recipe.
Ingredients:
200 gr of wet rice noodles
1 tablespoon shrimp, peel the skin
2 fish meatballs, cut according to taste
1 tbsp bean sprouts
2 pieces of pakchoi, cut according to taste
1 egg, shake it off
2 tablespoons garlic mixture
1 tablespoon of chicken fat pieces
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
How to make:
1. Heat cooking oil, sesame oil, and chicken oil pieces. Saute until the chicken oil shrinks and removes oil.
2. Add the garlic broth, saute until fragrant, add the meatball and shrimp pieces. Saute until the shrimp changes color.
3. Add bean sprouts and Pakchoy stems, saute until cooked
4. Add the rice noodles and 2.5 mL of liquid spices that have been made beforehand into the container and stir until blended.
5. Cut the rice noodles and add the eggs and wait until the bottom of the eggs is cooked and then return to the noodles. Mix well and increase the heat so that the drying process becomes slightly charred and slightly flavored. Reduce the heat if it feels flavorful.
6. Enter the part of the Pak Choy leaf, at this stage you can add the chili sauce if you want to taste spicy. Mix well until the vegetables are cooked.
