   I will now give you a recipe for this typical Spanish paella from the main ingredient of rice and then combine it with chicken, saffron, and food. The steps to make a typical Spanish Paella Seafood are quite easy just by cooking rice and all the ingredients together. Cooking paella seafood will produce yellow paella because it comes from saffron. Saffron is a spice that comes from flower stalks or stems.

Spanish Specialty Paella Material:


  1. 4 cups of rice

  4. 8 cups of water

 Steps:

  1. Cook the clams with a little water, season with salt, then set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil and cooking oil in a skillet then fry the chicken thighs until they appear yellow, add the onions, garlic, and peppers, mix well.
  3. Add squid, tomatoes, stir again. Add salt, turmeric, and mérica and mix well.
  4. Add water to the stir-fried squid then rice, and let the whole rice be submerged in water.
  5. Then cook the rice for about 15-20 minutes until it is cooked or until the sauce looks exhausted because it seeps into the rice.
  6. If the broth has begun to decrease, reduce the heat and stir it so that the rice does not burn.
  7. You can set aside Chicken to make it easier to stir the paella. If the rice looks ripe and the water has shrunk, turn off the heat.
  8. Then cover with a clean cloth for about 10 minutes.
  9. Decorate with clams, chicken and shrimp thighs, finish and serve.
