Material :
- 200 g onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 750 g of tomatoes
- 100 g of potatoes
- 50 g carrots
- 50 g of large celery sticks
- 50 g of leeks
- 2 pieces of smoked meat
- 50 g of cauliflower
- 50 g green beans
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1,000 ml of chicken stock
- 75 g of elbow macaroni
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper powder
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese powder, for topping
How to make :
1. Chop the onion, and sprinkle the garlic, then set aside. Brew the tomatoes with boiling water until soft or soft, peel, remove the skin, then chop roughly, set aside.
2. Peel the potatoes and carrots, slice the dice 1 cm. Cut 1 cm of celery and finely slice the onion then slice 1 x 1 cm of smoked meat and slice small cauliflower. Blend the green bean, discard the ends, then cut into 1 cm size, then set aside.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, saute the garlic and onions until the aroma smells out. Next, add the chopped tomatoes, stir for a while until it is slightly wilted, add the broth and cook until boiling, add the macaroni, cook until the macaroni is half cooked for about 8 minutes.
4. The next step is to add potatoes, carrots, celery, leeks, smoked meat, cauliflower, and beans. Sprinkle salt and pepper and stir.
5. Cook for a while until all the ingredients are sufficiently cooked, lift and move the dish into a serving container, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and some garrisons to complement it to make it more beautiful and enjoyable to look at. Don't forget to serve while warm.
