Delicious Sukiyaki Soup japan

This Japanese soup is usually cooked in broth. This one dish is often served with heat to increase satisfaction for the people.
Sukiyaki is a Japanese soup consisting of cuts of beef, shitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and boiled leeks with sweet-tasting sauce. The sweet sauce comes from a mixture of Japanese soy sauce, sugar and mirin (sweet sake) which is cooked until boiling. To enrich the taste and texture, eggs and onions are also added to the sukiyaki stew.
Thinly slice beef, vegetables, and tofu in a pan-cooked on a table and eat boiled. Sukiyaki is eaten by dipping meat slices into chicken egg beaters.

Cooking time: ± 30 minutes
For: 4 servings
Material :
- 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 150 g of sukiyaki meat
- 100 g onion, longitudinal slices
- 4 stems of leeks, sliced 3 cm
- 100 white tofu / Japanese tofu, 2 cm slices of dice
- 200 ml of meat broth
- 100 g carrots, thinly sliced slices
- 4 fresh Hiroko mushrooms, fragments
- 200 g of chicory, sliced 2 cm
- 50 g must be made, soak hot water until soft
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml of Japanese soy sauce
- 250 dashi/broth
- 100 ml of sake
- 100 ml of mirin
- 2 tsp of sugar
How to make :
1. Sauce: Mix soy sauce, broth/dashi, sake, mirin, and granulated sugar in a bowl, stir until sugar is dissolved, set aside in a bowl first.
2. Heat cooking oil in a sukiyaki pan, add the meat, onion and sliced chives. Saute until the meat changes color, add the tofu and broth.
3. Add carrots, mushrooms, and chicory. Cook until the ingredients are half cooked, add the sun and sauce, bring to a boil.
4. Break the egg on top and increase the flame and cover the pan. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes until cooked, lift and serve with heat.
