Crepes


I will tell you that there are two kinds of crepes cake, salty/savory crepes or usually called crepe saree. As the name suggests, this cake has a savory or salty taste. The savory flavor comes from additional ingredients such as spinach, eggs, cheese, mushrooms and much more.

Ingredients for making crepes:




- 100 grams of medium protein flour

- 150 ml of liquid milk, can also be milk powder that has been mixed with water

- 1 egg

- 1 tbsp margarine is melted

- 1/2 tsp baking powder


Material Fill Crepes:

- Bananas that have been cut into small pieces

- Cheese

- Choco chip

- Meses

- Milk

- Chocolate jam

- Other ingredients that can be used to toping separately or mixed to get a tastier taste



How to make Crepes :




1. Beat the existing milk and eggs using a whisker until the mixture is flat and looks foamy. Be sure to shuffle until the mixture looks foamy to keep the crepes cake dough thick.


2. Pour flour in small increments. It's a good idea to include flour while sifting so that the flour falls evenly and makes the kneading process easy. Keep stirring until blended.


3. Pour baking powder into the mixture then stir again until smooth/soft


4. Pour the previously melted margarine, stir again until evenly distributed.

5. Prepare Teflon to be used to make crepes. Heat Teflon first.

6. If the Teflon is hot, remove it from the fireplace first, then add 1 tablespoon of crepes mixture, turn the Teflon until the mixture is flat and thin.


7. Then put the Teflon back on the stove using low heat and not burn.


8. While the mixture is still heated, place the filling material on top of it, for example, a banana slice and then given grated cheese and chocolate.


9. Next, fold the crepes in half, then fold once again to form a triangle.


10. Lift and serve.
