Chicken Vegetable Soup
This is my simple soup recipe. His favorite soup is husband and children. The cooking is practical and doesn't take time because just cooking one of these menus is already complete with protein and vegetables. So you don't need to cook anything else.
- 350 grams of chicken (can also use broiler chicken or chicken claw)
- 2 carrots, cut according to taste
- 1 potato, diced
- 2 pieces of celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of chives, sliced
- 3 cm cinnamon
- 2 cardamom fruit
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- As much as salt
- Enough water to boil
- Adequate fried onions for sprinkling
Ground spices :
- 3 red onion cloves
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 cm of ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Step :
- While the chicken is boiled, stir-fry the spices until fragrant. Add cardamom and cinnamon. Enter the stir-fry into the chicken stew.
- Add salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken starts to soften. * I don't add flavoring because the soup is already tasty.
- Add potatoes and carrots. Cook until the vegetables are cooked. Taste correction.
- Finally, add the celery and leeks. Turn off the heat. Lift. And serve warmly.
