Avocado Chicken Caprese Salad
Balsamic Avocado Caprese Chicken Salad is fast and easy food that is made good for health. Grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella slices and tomatoes, creamy avocado slices and grated basil leaves are splashed with an amazing balsamic dressing that serves as a marinade for this delicious salad. Chicken Avocado Caprese Salad |
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 chicken thigh fillets (chest can also)
- 5 cups of Romaine, lettuce, washed and dried
- 1 avocado, sliced slant-tilted or as you wish or your taste
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes or grapes, sliced
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella/bocconcini mini cheese ball
- 1/4 cup of basil leaves, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, season
How to make :
- First, the ingredients combine to mix the spices. Place the chicken on a shallow plate; pour 4 tablespoons of sauce/seasoning into the chicken and stir until the chicken is evenly distributed.
- Reserve the bath without being touched to be used as a pad.
- Heat about a teaspoon of oil in a large grill pan or pan over medium-high heat and grill or grilled chicken fillets on each side until golden, crispy and cooked.
- After the chicken is cooked, set aside and let it rest.
- Slice the chicken into pieces and prepare a salad with lettuce, avocado slices, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and chicken.
- Top with basil strips; drizzle with the rest of the sauce; season with salt and pepper; serve.
Note
Boneless and skinless chicken breast can be used instead of thighs
