Chicken Alfredo with Pot Fish

Ingredients :

16 oz. rotini (twist)
noodles
§
1 lb. white fish
§
½ Cup flour
§
2 teaspoon. olive oil
§
1 Cup peas
§
½ Cup light butter
§
1 Cup heavy cream
§
¾ Cup Parmesan cheese
§
¼ teaspoon. salt
§ ¼ teaspoon. ground pepper
Directions:
- Begin by making the Alfredo sauce. Place butter in a medium saucepan or pot and melt.
- Add cream and warm on high for 1 minute.
- Add Parmesan cheese and warm until cheese melts.
- Add salt and pepper and mix all together.
- the noodles, in a large pot with water,
- add a pinch of water and boil over high heat. Once boiled, add in noodles and cook until tender.
- Drain and until dry
- For fish, put inside aluminum foil. Drizzle salt, pepper, and oil on top of fish to taste. string foil on top and put salmon on the grill.
- Let cook for about 5-10 minutes or until fish is slightly flaky.
- Remove and chop up into chunks.
- In another pot, place peas and water in and bring to a boil.
- Cover and steam for about 1-2 minutes.
- Once
everything is made, combine fish, pasta, and peas in a bowl and cover with
Alfredo sauce. and ready to
